Born in VIETNAM , Brought up in ESSEX and lived in East LONDON, Lyn developed a love for British cuisine and honed her cooking skills through her understanding of economics.

Had a culture of curing friends and family’s hangovers with delicious English breakfasts.

Lyn's passion for food became her signature.

After falling in love with Manchester during a visit. Her sister supported her by offering the opportunity to take over her own café and handed it over to Lynn She’s now thriving in her new venture.
